Refunds & cancellations

Scope

This policy applies to paid enrolments in the Breakout & Consolidation Intensive, Consolidation Pattern Clinic, Private Chart Review sessions, and Weekly Practice Circle evenings offered by AutoWebOps Digital. It does not cover products we do not sell (physical merchandise kits, software licences, or subscription signal services).

Eligibility overview

Refunds depend on how far in advance you cancel, whether a deposit or full fee was paid, and whether the lesson has already begun or materials prepared specifically for you have been produced.

Timeframes

• Intensive or clinic — cancel 14 or more days before the first session: full refund of fees paid, minus any non-recoverable third-party room costs if we notified you of them in writing at booking.
• Intensive or clinic — cancel 7 to 13 days before: 50% refund of fees paid.
• Intensive or clinic — cancel fewer than 7 days before, or no-show: no refund of the deposit or balance already paid.
• Private Chart Review — cancel 48 hours or more before the slot: full refund or free reschedule once.
• Private Chart Review — cancel within 48 hours or no-show: session fee is forfeited.
• Practice Circle evening — cancel 24 hours or more before: credit for another evening within 60 days; cash refund only if we cancel the evening.

Deposits

A 30% deposit holds a seat on the intensive or clinic. Deposits are refundable according to the timeframes above. After the deposit deadline passes without payment of the balance, we may release the seat; deposits already paid follow the same cancellation schedule based on the original start date.

Partial refunds

If we cancel a remaining portion of a multi-session intensive (for example, instructor illness), we refund a pro-rata share of unused sessions or offer substitute dates. If you withdraw mid-intensive for personal reasons after sessions have begun, fees for completed sessions are non-refundable; unused future sessions may be partially credited at our discretion when notice exceeds seven days.

Non-refundable items

• Completed private review time
• Printed chart packs already prepared for a named intake once the first session has started
• Administrative bank transfer fees charged by your bank (if any)

Work already started

Once a private review has begun, or once an intensive session has opened with materials distributed, that portion of the fee is considered delivered.

Rescheduling

One complimentary reschedule is allowed for private reviews when notice meets the 48-hour rule. Intensive intake transfers to a later cohort are allowed once if requested at least 14 days before the original start and if the later cohort has space; further transfers may require a new deposit.

No-shows

Failure to attend without notice is treated as a late cancellation under the rules above.

Refund method & processing time

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method or bank transfer to the account you nominate. Allow up to 14 business days after approval for processing.

Email hello@autowebops.digital with your name, lesson name, scheduled date, and reason. You may also call 886-2-24691137. We confirm receipt within two business days.

Exceptions

Mandatory consumer protections under Taiwanese law apply where they grant rights beyond this policy. Nothing here limits those rights.
