These terms govern your use of autowebops.digital and enrolments in our chart training.
Acceptance
By browsing this website or enrolling in lessons with AutoWebOps Digital, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book training.
About our services
We provide in-person and arranged remote instruction in technical analysis, focused on breakout and consolidation setups. Training is educational. It is not personalised investment advice, portfolio management, or a brokerage service. You remain responsible for your own trading decisions and risk.
Enrolment
Places on intensives, clinics, private reviews, and practice circles are confirmed only after we accept your enquiry and you complete any deposit or payment instructions we send. Published prices are informational and may be updated.
Intellectual property
Chart packs, worksheets, rule-sheet templates, and site content belong to AutoWebOps Digital or their respective owners. You may keep materials for personal study after a paid lesson. You may not copy, resell, or teach from our materials commercially without written permission.
Student conduct
Studio sessions require respectful discussion. Recording audio or video without prior written consent is not allowed. We may remove a participant who disrupts learning, with fees handled under the refund policy where applicable.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Taiwan, AutoWebOps Digital is not liable for trading losses, missed market opportunities, or decisions you make after training. Our liability for any claim related to a lesson is limited to the fees you paid for that specific lesson.
Website accuracy
We aim to keep schedules, descriptions, and rates current. Occasional errors may appear; confirm details when you enquire.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Courts in Taiwan have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or our training services, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
